Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind, but we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order!

How it works:

• Email us at hi@falastore.com.au with your order number and item you wish to return
• Send your item back to us within 14 days of purchase in its original condition with tags attached.

Faulty items:

If your item is faulty, let us know at [hi@falastore.com.au. We’ll work to repair, replace, or refund it if needed.

Return shipping:

Return shipping costs are on you, and we recommend using a tracked courier service. We can’t be responsible for any returns lost on their way back to us.
