All orders are dispatched daily from our Melbourne warehouse, Monday through to Friday. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.
Please allow 3-4 business days for Melbourne deliveries and 5-7 business days for the rest of Australia.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll email you ASAP with options for a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Pre-orders will have an estimated delivery date, but if anything changes, we’ll keep you in the loop.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind, but we’re here to help if there’s an issue with your order!
How it works:
- Email us at hi@falastore.com.au with your order number and item you wish to return
- Send your item back to us within 14 days of purchase in its original condition with tags attached.
Faulty items:
If your item is faulty, let us know at [hi@falastore.com.au. We’ll work to repair, replace, or refund it if needed.
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are on you, and we recommend using a tracked courier service. We can’t be responsible for any returns lost on their way back to us.
